Five Sherry puncheons and hogsheads previously holding rich Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherries have been combined to create an exceptional, multifaceted drinking experience abundant in notes of fruitcake, warming mocha and ripe cherries.

Rich chocolate, warm baking spices and clementine zest, followed by molasses, orchard fruits and crystalised ginger, with black cherries and raisin butter on the finish.
